To stave off any questions (Pete) on whether or not I've been eating psych books instead of meals (Logan), the answer is yes. My Amazon book orders look like a small psych library. Also, I should apologize for the somewhat paranoid attitude lately. Draining people who are sneaky and paranoid by profession leaves a lingering veil that tints everything in frightening colours. It seems to be passing. Now that we have that out of the way, I just wanted to put a few thoughts out there.

Class Coverage

I'll need someone to cover my classes while I'm gone. The news I need to hear can't wait, and my contact insists on an in-person meeting, and nowhere near here.

I've got the notes and lesson plans. Ali, can you take the Energy Control class?

The Mechanical Engineering course has a stack of homework, so they can do independent study, if no one is up to it.

As for the driving courses - those are up for grabs, if anyone wants them.

Oh, and I'm taking my bike. So there won't be any "accidental borrowing" of it while I'm gone.

My packages have arrived and the bulk of them need to be transported down the Medlab.

However, along with the scientific supplies and machines, four of my father's gun collection also arrived. And surprisingly with no hassle on the way in.

I will be keeping these rifles in my office, under tight security. The lock on the cabinet is designed to open only if it registers my code and my fingerprints and it also sports a rather loud alarm system. The guns themselves are unloaded with the bullets being kept in a small box in the cabinet itself.

I'll be utilizing these to further Marie's interest in learning how to shoot. I will not be utilizing them, however, in teaching anyone under the age of 18 to use them. I've been hearing the rumors of gun lessons going on and while my say is minimal, I'll simply state that none of my weapons shall be used in furthering this goal.

I will also be some what absent this weekend, as I'll assist Dr. Samson with whatever he needs (there will also be some kidnapping of doctor's...who is kidnapping who, I can't say), but I'll be available if an emergancy comes up.
