Longer term, though I think we need to be able to assure the rest of the students them he's not a danger to them, and if we can't manage "will not fuck them over for cheap laughs" than is there any way short of leaving him locked in the psi-damp lab for good, that we can manage "*cannot* fuck them over" at least until you certify him as mostly house trained?
