Definitely check with the experts, but I suspect it couldn't hurt. It seems she was decently nourished while in the care of the kids, but a few weeks' worth of consideration doesn't make up for almost half a year of neglect, especially on top of constant marrow donation. Additionally, she wasn't terribly mobile for a lot of that time. Maybe her power compensates somewhat, I'm not sure, but if her situation is anything like some I've experienced the odds are she's suffering from some muscle-atrophy. Anything that can help her rebuild what she's lost probably couldn't hurt.
