Is there a specific policy on intercontinental jaunts when you're dealing with a teleporter who can do it easily and will probably do it anyway once we turn our backs? Even if you set aside that, and the trigger-happy security guard, sneaking into the Russian national archives to read classified documents is a thoroughly foolhardy thing for Illyana to do. She may have no respect for her native country's security services, but I'm guessing she probably doesn't know any better.

Thoughts? She is going to get herself in serious trouble if she pulls nonsense like this on a regular basis. I'm not sure what to make of her announcing it ahead of time like this... do we interpret it as her wanting us to stop her, or wanting to be able to mock us for trying to stop her?
