I've got Laurie. Will someone go talk to Kyle please?

Just thought I'd ask around, I haven't seen hide nor hair of Julio today. Has anyone else? It's a hell of a day to let the kid be alone.

Is he even on campus?

As it happens, I seem to have inherited Marcel's personal recipe collection. After I've had my little breakdown over this, I'd like to arrange a small dinner party for the staff. If you're interested, please let me know by the end of the day. I'm thinking tomorrow night so that I have time for prep.

Nathan, if you'd like to invite your staff, that would be fine.

Wow, I lasted about ten bickering comments into that last post.

You know what that means? That I'm going to make snarky comments in my very own entry, of course.

Now, now, boys. You're all very pretty.

*ducks and runs*

I'd like to suggest that the students and non-team staff meet in the library, so we can take a full head count and that we keep everyone there until we're sure that we're not going to lose anyone else.

Angelo and I spoke briefly the other day and the idea of a Parent's Day came up. Parents are, for many of these kids, a grounding force and a link to the Real World that doesn't totally suck. Granted this does pose somewhat of a problem given the far-flung origins of some of the students but nevertheless, I thought it was not an idea without merit.

We've had parent's visit before but not to my knowledge a formal visiting day (or even week). Perhaps we can organize something and send out invites? Angelo has graciously volunteered to organize it.

I'm just tossing the idea out there. You senior staff types may feel free to explain all the reasons why it's a Bad Idea.
