Tandy'll be spending today at her uncle's church. I don't think she'll be in class tomorrow, either. And we're heading to Ohio after Thanksgiving for the weekend. So she probably won't be in class for the rest of the week, now that I think about it. But I'll try to get her to do her homework, at least, so I'll have one of her friends collect her assignments for her.

I'm not dropping anything heavy on any of the kids this week, so mostly she's missing out on a movie day and some discussion and MAYBE a one-page in-class essay if I'm feeling like an epic dick tomorrow (well, the freshmen get it but that's because we're doing some persuasive writing stuff so I'm making them try to convince me about either pie or cake being better) -- and I can drop her the transcript of the discussion if it has anything real interesting - one of the Muir kids has a voice-to-text transcriber, I'll just ask him to leave it on.

Sounds good. Thanks, Shoeless. I have a feeling most of us are planning similarly light weeks given the holiday. Except me. Because I hate the winter holidays and enjoy punishing those who enjoy them.

No, and this is exactly why Thanksgiving and Christmas are horrible. Too much easy access to baked goods.
