I normally wouldn't do this in the staff journal, but it's the quickest way to reach everyone at once.

I'm certain some, if not all, of you have heard about the situation with Angelo that suddenly sprang up. He ran off, and I let him because some time alone is better than me badgering at him, but I think we're currently looking at some shock (which wore off), flashbacks and a flight or fight instict that's more fight than flight.

With so little exposure, and apparently this being the first incident, I'm not sure what's wrong yet. Alison and I can, once he's feeling safe, start the process to finding out.

In the mean time...

I highly suggest that Angelo is not allowed to teach self-defence. In fact, if these flashbacks happen again/get progressively worse, we may want to start keeping an eye on him. -Don't- take the lad out of classes (...self-defense on a one-to-one basis, perhaps, I'm not sure what large crowds will do) just...watch him.

Alison, I'll find you, you find me, we'll see what we have to do?

Thank you, Moira; we'll proceed with your recommendations until you have the opportunity to make a more thorough evaluation. I'm glad you were on hand to calm Angelo down.

Yep.

I've... got one idea, though I'd like to wait a few days first to see if it's necessary - kinda of a last ditch plan on a few levels, that one.
