I have spoken with Angelo about this already and am now informing the rest of you. The incident has been resolved with regard to the identity of the culprit.  As for the breach of privacy and the egregious conduct involved, I will be taking the necessary steps, I assure you all, to ensure that this behavior is not repeated. However, due to the serious nature of the infraction and the strong feelings it has aroused in all of us, I have chosen to treat the question of discipline as a private matter between myself and the student involved, and I ask you all to respect my decision.

Henry, there are certain measures I am certain you wish to explore with regard to the security of the journal system, since you created it - if you wish to bring in some of the more gifted computer students to assist you, please feel free to do so.
