...in trying to get Jean-Phillipe a working laptop. He's worse than Noriko when it comes to power spikes, I've already had to go through and double the surge protection on all the mansion's essential systems. I'll get something rigged up that'll hopefully be stable enough to deal with the high levels of charge he apparently carries. It might not be pretty, but it'll work.

And since I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting him, please tell me his English is better than Noriko's? I've already had to try and describe electrical theory in pantomime once.
