In regards to the upcoming prom, could someone who completed their secondary schooling in this country let me in on the local customs? Which of us is in charge of what? How involved are the students going to be in the planning -- it is traditional for them to choose a theme of some sort, isn't it? Or do we leave the majority of the planning in their hands and linger on the sidelines to contain the worst of the explosions?
