As indicated in the public post I have just made, there was an attempt to kidnap Illyana. What I have not revealed was that the source was not from this plane, and the attempt was in fact successful. However, we do have Illyana back, or someone who believes that they are Illyana Rasputin. We are waiting on DNA tests to confirm her identity as she is approximately eight to ten years older than Illyana was earlier this evening and she is resistant to my abilities.

What this Illyana tells me is that her kidnapper was Belasco, a demon-lord of Limbo, and she was intended to be a sacrifice of some sort. The intervention of the staff and students around Illyana at the time of her kidnapping resulted in Belasco's permanent incapacitation. When she was able, Illyana attempted to return to the appropriate time and place, but instead returned almost to the time that she had left.

I am in the process of contacting those who may be able to confirm some of this and will await the results of the DNA testing to decide how to handle the issue of the changes in Illyana.

Please understand that I have as many questions as the rest of you and that this will take some time to unravel. I am reliant on your patience, assistance, and discretion in this extremely troubling matter.

With regard to the others involved, all seem to be well enough at this point with the exception of Remy LeBeau who is seriously injured and will be some time recovering. At present he is in a comatose state with numerous lacerations and serious bloodloss. Updates on his condition will be available as soon as the physicians are finished getting him settled.
