Remy's back in medlab. I don't know exactly what happened, but there was some sort of incident with Amanda Sefton and she managed to blast him across the room, which triggered a fairly major seizure. He's back in medlab, under observation and restrained. I'll be watching him all night, to make sure there's not a repeat occurance.

I'll leave Ms Sefton to you, Charles, and Pete. But someone needs to take her in hand before she damn well kills somebody.

Our new arrival is awake and coherent, and I don't see why she shouldn't be allowed out of the medlab pretty much any time. She is, however, still a bit on the fuzzy side from the drugs that were used on her, and she has notified me that this might cause problems with her control of her powers.

So, to quote Ms Maximoff - if things start inexplicably going wrong, such as objects breaking and the like, let her know. She's a probability wrangler, bad luck mostly, and by her own account she has good control normally. The effects of the drugs shouldn't last more than a fwe days, but if people could keep an eye on her in the meantime, that'd be helpful.

It might do to warn the students, although I'll leave that to the boss. *grins* Wouldn't do to start a panic, not with the rumour mill already rumbling slightly.

OOC: Backdated to Sunday afternoon...

Something's come up that I have to go see about in St Louis. Betsy's coming with me to make sure things run smoothly, although I don't anticipate any problems. We'll be back later this evening. Try not to have any medical emergencies while I'm gone, hmm?

Is there some kind of conspiracy to make sure the medlab has at least one new patient per day?

Lorna's just brought Jubilee and Amanda down after a rather determined attempt to take each other apart. Jubilee's come off worst with a broken nose and arm, and something of a concussion - we'll keep her down overnight for observation. Amanda's got some cuts and bruises, plus some rather nast burns from Jubilee's fireworks - Moira's taking care of her. She'll be going back up to her room, since I don't trust the two of them down here together without starting Round 2.

I'll leave the disciplining up to those responsible for them, but can I add I'm not impressed?

Scott Summers and Nathan Dayspring are cleared to leave the medlab today. And have done so - you'd think they didn't like the place or something...

Haroun al-Rashid is also out of the medlab, but won't be available for active duty until his back heals.

Jean-Paul Beaubier is demonstrating signs of radiation sickness, as of last night. We're doing everything we can to make him comfortable, and expect him to recover, but in the meantime he's going to have a rough time of it.

Shiro Yoshida is still unconscious, but otherwise stable.

Further updates will be posted as new information comes to light.

And now I'm sleeping for a few hours, before Cecilia hits me over the head with something and forcibly puts me to bed.

Emma,

I noticed that you've got a class up for the children on psychic defense. Are staff welcome at that, too, or should we keep clear? My ears are still sort of ringing from recent events.
