You didn't have a choice in the matter. You fucked off and split for a week, and so the choice was taken out of your hands. When you told one student who'd already assaulted one student due to being so fucked in the head he couldn't control himself - you tell that kid that it's okay for him to teach his peers about how to fire guns and 'share skills' about how to defend themselves?

I ain't having my house turned into a boot camp, and I'll be damned if some wet-behind-the-ears amateur is going to try and tell me differently.

You want to protect these kids? Who's the one who pushed the class wimp into a wall?

I will go speak with him on the matter, however. There were a few conditons which escaped his notice, or yours.

And you really should decide Cain. Are you more upset with me when I am here, or when I am not? Or is it equal amounts?

There's only one condition that needs to be made - no guns. You've got enough kids here with built-in killing ability. How many more do you want to add?

And I don't give a damn about word games - I personally don't care if what you teach these kids gets them killed outside these walls, or once they leave here and join up with Magneto, or go pretend to be soldiers with your little X-Men.

But Chuck promised me one thing, and that's more important than whatever you think you're doing here. It's the same thing you've promised these kids - that these walls provide a place of safety. I could give less than a damn about your "school", Summers. What I do give a damn about is the peace and quiet I'm due. I've come to terms with the fact that I ain't getting any quiet while these kids are here. Fine. They'll grow up, graduate, and you all can go fly around in your little toy jet.

But I will be damned if this place gets turned into a ghetto where the folks who are supposed to be in charge throw students into walls to defend someone who's more than capable of speaking for herself - or think that pulling a gun on someone just because you feel scared is okay - or whose authority figures bail whenever times get tough.

For the record, Summers - I ain't "upset" with you. I just plain don't like you. Can't see much use for you, and you ain't doing much good for anything besides being Chuck's little figurehead since I've been here. near as I can figure, your purpose here is to go on vacation and get your car stolen.
