...or complete lack of it when I hear that some folks are still deciding to take matters into their own hands around here. Rumor has it that everyone's favorite psycho killer "self-defense" instructor went off and threatened a student's life. Not just any student, the -ONE- kid here with no possible way to even stand up for himself. Takes a lot of balls, man.
Rest assured, if there's an inkling of truth to this, you're fucking paste, Logan.

Date: 2004-02-18 04:06 am (UTC)Hell, you've got enough damn mindreaders here. Why doesn't one of you just reach into the kids' heads and find out what went on? With the psychotic lunatic and with the whole potion blowup?
Re: A suggestion.
Date: 2004-02-18 04:12 am (UTC)As the former student in question, I can tell you that you haven't got the first clue what you're talking about in terms of his ethics and I'm not about to explain myself to you. Professor Xavier is aware of the relationship and no censure has been handed down. If I recall the story right, it was Ms. Braddock who ran Logan through, not the other way around. And I cannot imagine him trying to hurt Doug that way.

Date: 2004-02-18 04:16 am (UTC)He was in here when I got back and Doug wasn't where I left him, he was against the wall. I don't remember what he said, but it was scary.
So, I'm thinking no claws (she'd remember -that-), just sheer intimadation and shoving around. Which isn't right but it's not threatening to kill him (unless he said something along those lines and Marie-Ange didn't hear it...she apparently tackled Doug out of the way).
Logan? A little...help, please?
*thinks* Marie-Ange mentioned protecting Doug now with her powers...but I'm worried, the last I checked her powers couldn't do anything on a level to protect someone...

Re:
Date: 2004-02-18 04:24 am (UTC)I pushed him into the wall and when I backed off he stayed there. She walked in when he was trying to get me to hit him. I didn't. Marko's right, he can't fight back. The kid's not worth the effort.
I told him to stay away from Marie, that's all. And Colbert didn't use her powers on me, so I don't know what she's talking about.

Date: 2004-02-18 04:56 am (UTC)As for the rest...it's not worth responding to. You won't listen. I don't know why I even tried.
Re: A suggestion.
Date: 2004-02-18 05:02 am (UTC)I ain't having my house turned into a boot camp, and I'll be damned if some wet-behind-the-ears amateur is going to try and tell me differently.
You want to protect these kids? Who's the one who pushed the class wimp into a wall?
That visor really does limit your field of vision, don't it?
Re: A suggestion.
Date: 2004-02-18 05:17 am (UTC)I will go speak with him on the matter, however. There were a few conditons which escaped his notice, or yours.
Your house is not this school, and vice versa. Deal with it.
And you really should decide Cain. Are you more upset with me when I am here, or when I am not? Or is it equal amounts?
Re: A suggestion.
Date: 2004-02-18 05:25 am (UTC)And I don't give a damn about word games - I personally don't care if what you teach these kids gets them killed outside these walls, or once they leave here and join up with Magneto, or go pretend to be soldiers with your little X-Men.
But Chuck promised me one thing, and that's more important than whatever you think you're doing here. It's the same thing you've promised these kids - that these walls provide a place of safety. I could give less than a damn about your "school", Summers. What I do give a damn about is the peace and quiet I'm due. I've come to terms with the fact that I ain't getting any quiet while these kids are here. Fine. They'll grow up, graduate, and you all can go fly around in your little toy jet.
But I will be damned if this place gets turned into a ghetto where the folks who are supposed to be in charge throw students into walls to defend someone who's more than capable of speaking for herself - or think that pulling a gun on someone just because you feel scared is okay - or whose authority figures bail whenever times get tough.
For the record, Summers - I ain't "upset" with you. I just plain don't like you. Can't see much use for you, and you ain't doing much good for anything besides being Chuck's little figurehead since I've been here. near as I can figure, your purpose here is to go on vacation and get your car stolen.
