About the short notice. I'm needed at Muir ASAP, it appears. With Rory's disappearance and my being here, we no longer have a head doctor among the staff. I'm leaving in a few to head over there and work out some of the mess that's already occured in the short time.

I _should_ be back in time for my classes. If not, the Powers class can be pushed back until I arrive. Henry, can you take Biology until my return if that's the case?

I will be leaving Cain's file with the other doctors, just in case. If anything goes wrong with him--or anyone that I can be of help to--my beeper will be on at all times.

I'd be happy to cover for you in any way necessary... I still owe you a lot of covering-for after being away so much. Take care of yourself, though... no overworking yourself just because Maddie and I aren't there to watch you.

Would you like me to sound out some of my colleagues from medical school, to see if any of them would be interested in taking on a position at Muir? Those I'm still in contact with know that I'm a mutant, and definitely have no issues with mutants. I might be able to find someone trustworthy who's interested.

Not entirely unexpected, hon. Don't worry abotu things here, we've got them under control - make sure you look after yourself, or we'll be tetchy. And you wouldn't like us when we're tetchy. *grins*
