Okay. I just finished up with Jennie, and the professor's wrapping up with Kyle.

The kids should be okay. There were no major complications, at least of the brain sort. We're not sure yet, but if we're really lucky they may get out of this without a lot of conscious memories. I have a bad feeling they're going to be looking at some nightmares, though. Marie, could you and Dani keep an eye on them? And their suitemates? You can send them to me or Charles, too. It's just something to watch out for in the next couple weeks.

I need to call some parents and go compare notes with Dr. Samson. Could somebody relay this to Nate and Moira so Nate doesn't have an excuse to check his computer on his anniversary, please?

You said conscious memories - is this something that's liable to have some kind of subconscious trigger pop up later? My concern isn't only for Dr. Campbell's procedure, but for any complications that might have arisen during Dr. Essex's actions.

Define subconscious trigger -- there was a lot of trauma involved, so there's a chance things like certain situations or sensory input could trigger an abreaction.

If you're talking about something reactivating the conditioning, I don't think it's very likely. The physical/chemical/psychic interaction is more Jean's area, but it looks like whatever psi was working on them needed the physical component as a basis. To make them susceptible, I guess. Since that part was repaired the conditioning was pretty easy to unravel. I think it was even on its way to decaying on its own.

If you're asking if it looks like anything foreign may have gotten inserted or left behind, no.

I'll yell it over to him. Considering that I've haven't been able to do much more than play glorified babysitter this weekend, it's not much of a stretch.

If you want, the FBI has a couple of shrinks connected to the field office that specialize in post-abduction therapy. I could dig up some contact information for them.

Thanks, if the kids are up for it and Dr. Samson thinks it's a good idea we might do that. Unsurprisingly the professor knows a few people too, but it may take a few tries to find a good fit.

I should probably think about broadening my own speciality.

I, uh, know of a couple myself. Samson gave me some recs, then my other therapists provided more.

There's one who might be a good fit for Kyle actually. I didn't get along with him but something tells me that he and Kyle will do well.

You might want to do some group stuff with all the kids. You already know about Yvette, but Mondo was pretty rattled as well. I watched him doing his level best to snap the heavy bag off the chain.

Figure out something that gets them out of here for a bit. Zoo trip, ball game, strip cl-- wait, that only works for cops. Never mind the last one. But yeah, you've got worry, anxiety and cabin fever all in one stressful ball in the mansion. They need to bleed off some steam and fast.

We'll be on it. I've already been kinda hovering in the halls, making sure they all know that they can talk to us if they want or we can just hang around with them if they need someone there but don't want to talk.
